Returns & Exchanges

Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy below to understand your options if you are not entirely satisfied with your PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) purchase.


1. Returns

We accept returns of PPE equipment under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. These include:

  • Opened or used PPE products (e.g., masks, gloves, etc.).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.


2. Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are happy to exchange it for the correct product.

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: The item must be in its original packaging and unused.

  • Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. We will provide instructions for returning the item and shipping the replacement.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).


4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@soteriaworkwear.co.za with the following details:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photos of the defective or damaged item.

We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate.


5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@soteriaworkwear.co.za  to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the package.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our team.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
