1. Definitions:

“PPE” means Personal Protective Equipment.

“Customer” means the individual or organization purchasing PPE from us.

“Order” means the customer’s purchase request.

“Website” means our online platform.

2. Acceptance:

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Prices and Payment:

– Prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT.

– Payment methods: credit card, debit card, bank transfer, cash or electronic funds transfer.

– Payment terms: net 30 days from invoice date.

4. Delivery and Shipping:

– Delivery times and costs vary depending on location and shipping method.

– Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

5.  Return Policy

Soteria Workwear have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item is in its original condition as received, unused with all original tags attached including its original packaging. This will facilitate a smooth return process.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No Cash Refunds will be given, a credit will be kept for a next purchase. Credits will only be kept for 3 months, if not used in 3 months your credit will be forfeited.

Soteria Workwear will not take responsibility for incorrect goods (due to incorrect size, colour, or item) requested by the customer and later decides on different sizes, colour and PPE/workwear clothing item.

The customer/purchaser must inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and ensure the issue is addressed and resolved accordingly.

All products bought which are a special buy may not be returned if correctly supplied as per your order.
